Bogey Dope Straight Bourbon Whiskey

In the world of fighter pilots, “Bogey Dope” is a request for the location of the nearest target whether bogey, bandit, or hostile. At Winglore Spirits, we’ve taken the same methodical approach in seeking out our target: the best damn Bourbon we could put in a bottle.

Nose:
The nose takes off with high notes of clove and cardamom with a hint of charred oak, undertones of caramel, and aromas of butterscotch just over the horizon.

First Sip:
A little heat soars up and leads into a full-bodied kick with increasing G-forces.

Body:
Dominant flavors of dark cherry tangle with toasted almonds and hints of tobacco and leather, in a show of maneuvers worthy of a seasoned dogfighter.

Finish:
A smooth roll out with a graceful touch of honey, a whisper of smoke, and a lingering spice. Traces of dark chocolate guide you back to the hangar.
